This stylish gift wrap costs £5 and can be added to your order in the checkout process at the 'Order Options' stage indicated by the stomping feet in the trail below.

What is a Mini Giants gift voucher?
You can buy Mini Giants gift vouchers for between £10.00 and £200.00 which can then be redeemed to buy anything sold on minigiants.com. The voucher will be sent by email either to you or directly to the recipient along with a gift message.

How do I use my gift voucher?
Add the items you want to purchase to your basket and go to the checkout. On the Order Details page in the checkout, enter the gift voucher code from the email in the 'Redeem Gift voucher' box and click 'Redeem'. The box looks like this:

What happens to any remaning balance on a gift voucher?
If you've bought something on our site using a gift voucher, if there is any balance left on the voucher then it will be kept against the same voucher code for you to use in future purchases.

I accidentally deleted my gift voucher/my gift voucher never arrived, can you re-send me the details?
Please contact us with the following information:

order number (if possible)

giver's name and recipient's name

We will cancel the original and contact you by e-mail once we have issued a new one.

I accidentally sent my gift voucher to the wrong address, can you send another?
If you placed an order for a gift voucher to be sent to someone else, but think you entered the wrong email address, or the recipient did not receive the gift voucher, contact us with the following information:

order number (if possible)

giver's name and recipient's name

e-mail address to which the gift voucher was sent

If possible, we'll cancel the incorrectly addressed gift voucher and resend the gift voucher to the correct address.

Terms and Conditions

The gift voucher has no cash redemption value and is not transferable or assignable

Any unused balance will be held against the same gift voucher code to be used for future purchases

If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card

Gift voucher and unused portions of gift vouchers expire six months from the date of issue
