Luckily, she married her dark and edgy style with softer elements to create a range of baby clothes that are a real style statement.

With a clientele that includes the likes of HRH Princess Isabella of Denmark and Ignatius Martin, the youngest son of Cate Blanchett, it is clear that Vanhatapio bebes has been as warmly received by little ones as the adult collections have been. "I was hoping to sneak into Tiia Vanhatapio studio to try on one of her amazing cocktail dresses when I hid in a wardrobe and was amazed to find it full of stunning baby clothes! I fell out of the wardrobe in my shock and created a huge racket... luckily Tiia was very nice to me and agreed that we could add details of Vanhatapio Bebes to our Mini Giants shopping guide. I never did get to try on one of her cocktail dresses though..."
